Complaints Advisor

My Client provides financial services to customers across the UK and Europe. Based in Narborough, they're committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.

I'm currently looking for a number of Complaints Investigators to join the Written Complaints Team. In this role you will focus on resolving complaints via correspondence and gaining the customer acceptance of the resolution. At the same time you'll be expected to build rapport with customers and follow regulatory guidelines. This role offers the opportunity to work with an industry leader.

With a background in financial services, you'll have existing experience in providing an excellent service with strong attention to detail. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to go the extra mile to build excellent relationships with your customers.
