Our client, a large financial services company, is currently looking to recruit for a Complaint Resolution Manager in Bristol on an initial 6 month contract. The role holder will be responsible for resolving non complex & complex customer complaints. Successful candidates must have a strong understanding of the complaints process.

Skills:
*Full understanding of the definition of a complaint.
*In depth knowledge of complaints management system.
*Understanding of compliance with regulatory requirements and codes of practice relating to complaint handling.
*Broad knowledge of the Retail Banking business.

Full Financial Planning Certificate or equivalent is a must, and actively working towards or having obtained the QCF Level 4 qualification - Essential.

Person:
*Desire and proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
*Excellent interpersonal, communication & customer service skills.
*Proven ability to work in an organised and methodical manner.
*Experience of working in a complaints handling environment.
