Working pattern: 7 a.m - 2.30 pm
Salary starting from £14,600 plus excellent benefits

As a Barclays Complaints Handler, you'll be part of our innovative Complaints team and committed to ensuring the best outcomes for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your strong analytical and mediation skills, while joining a team in a global financial services organisation. As a Complaints Handler, your main responsibilities will involve:

Clearly communicating requirements to other business areas to resolve complaints
Taking ownership of complaints, as defined in Barclays Group Minimum Standards
Adopting a value based approach when dealing with customers
Striving to turn complaints around and maintain Barclaycard's professional image
Strengthening customer loyalty and retention by ensuring the business learns from complaints

As a Complaints Handler, your skills and qualifications will include:

Excellent one-to-one communication skills
A confident and resilient telephone manner
An ability to breakdown complex issues
The capacity to perform in stressful and difficult situations
Proven negotiating and influencing skills
