THE BIG PICTURE- TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- At least four to five (4-5) years of progressively responsible experience in compensation administration
- Experience creating, developing, and supporting global compensation programs
- Strong project management skills with proven past experience leading cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience required
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification preferred
- Experience with Workday, CompAnalyst,job families; job family descriptions; guidelines for new hire, transfers, and promotions; integrity of system of record; and records of practices and procedures
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Must be adept in applying the 'art' of compensation from the survey level to the program/philosophy level
- Prior experience implementing and maintaining automated compensation tools
- Ability to devise, design, and implement customized compensation surveys
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work at all levels of the organization including executives, to effectively coordinate activities in order to accomplish tasks
- Must be able to communicate effectively through writing and oral presentations
- Strong business acumen required
- Serve as the compensation business partner for multiple organizations
