Compensation & Reward Specialist: Financial Services

Compensation & Reward Specialist required for our Financial Services client based in Dorking to provide on-going guidance, advice and evaluation of compensation and salary structures within the business. 12 months initial contract. Up to £350 per day.

Our prestigious Financial Services client require an experienced Compensation and Reward Specialist to join their organisation on an initial 12 month contract.

The purpose of the role will be to be the main point of call for all compensation related activities within the business, as well as providing on-going/BAU guidance, advice and evaluation of compensation and salary structures within the organisation.

Therefore, the successful candidate will be able to display:

- Extensive experience of undertaking Compensation/Reward roles
- Experience of working in a large corporate/blue chip organisation (Financial Services preferred)
- Excellent data management and analytical skills
- Knowledge of the FSA remuneration code (desirable)
- CIPD qualified.
