Start Date: 1st June 2016
End Date: 30th November 2016

Our client is seeking a Sr Compensation Manager to carry out the following tasks:
- Define fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package - to fit and align with the strategy and business goals of our client
- Develop a consistent compensation philosophy, aligned with the work culture and organisation objectives
- Ensure compensation practises are compliant with current legislation
- Utilise multiple methods and techniques to make decisions based on data, regarding direct financial, indirect finical and non-financial compensations
- Evaluate Jobs, create compensation plans and salary ranges
- Responsible for large project compensation tasks
- Handle incentive plans
Your Experience:
- 5+ years compensation experience in a large, international company
- Excellent understanding R&D projects
- Excellent understanding in job bench marking
- Expert in Excel and Mercer
- Independent worker
Plus Skills:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
