Compensation Finance Specialist The client: Our client is a leading global investment bank based in the City ofLondonwith a reputation for excellent client service and innovative approaches to banking. At present they are seeking a senior compensation specialist to join their finance team. This role is paying up to £90,000 as a basic salary and has a global remit. The role: This position requires someone with a strong technical HR background who can provide compensation policy expertise within a finance department. The role will involve: * Development of senior management reporting. * Support with global compensation policy including compensation expense across the group. * Working closely with a range of finance departments across the globe to understand their needs. * Analysis and insightful advice around compensation costs for the business. * Financial planning of the company's personnel expenses. * Building strong relationships within the finance team, Compensation team and MI teams. The candidate: The ideal candidate will have: * Strong reward/compensation/cost reporting experience * The ability to interpret large sets of data and communicate advise and solutions to senior stakeholders * Strong technical skills-Excel, Powerpoint * Exposure to financial accounting within the banking sector would be an advantage.
