IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Partnering with HR Relationship Leaders on strategies and initiatives that drive employee engagement
-Providing compensation guidance and advice to business leaders and HR relationship leaders to support the people agenda
-Ownership of all benefit programs incorporating design and vendor management
-Providing in-market support to global C&B processes including the annual compensation review and bonus cycle, compliance of C&B programs
-Leading core compensation activities including oversight of incentive programs, market benchmarking, management of pay ranges
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Proven C&B management experience with strong demonstration of specific C&B practices, tax structures and labour laws
-Exceptional relationship skills
-Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders
-Ability to communicate to and influence senior leaders
-Strong analytical and problem-solving approach
-Ability to think creatively and innovate
-Advanced project management experience
