-Partnering with HR Relationship Leaders on strategies and initiatives that drive employee engagement
-Providing compensation guidance and advice to business leaders and HR Relationship leaders to support the people agenda
-Ownership of all benefit programs incorporating design, vendor management and on-going assessment of effectiveness
-Providing in-market support to global C&B processes including the annual compensation review and bonus cycle, compliance of C&B programs
-Leading core compensation activities including oversight of incentive programs, market benchmarking, management of pay ranges
-Participating in global and regional C&B projects
-Representing C&B in senior leader forums
-Ensuring local programmes are compliant with local regulations
-C&B management experience with strong demonstration of specific C&B practices, tax structures and labour laws
-Advanced project management experience
-Strong analytical and problem-solving approach
-Ability to communicate to and influence senior leaders
