Compensation & Benefits Manager The role: At present they are seeking a talented and experienced reward professional to join their team. This will be a Manager role for Compensation & Benefits, providing support to the Head of Compensation & Benefits. This is a permanent position based in the City of Londonand paying up to 65,000 as a basic salary. The role will involve: * Supporting the delivery and development of company wide reward policy and process * A mix of operational support and strategic design and project work. * Providing reward guidance and expertise on an international scale * Overseeing participation in global salary and benefit surveys * Working on projects around the design and implementation of reward strategy * Working with the Head of Compensation & Benefits to manage company benefit initiatives * Implementation of new benefits on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have: * Strong Compensation & benefits experience * A consultative approach to reward * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships on an international level * Solid skills in benchmarking, data analysis, salary surveys and job evaluations
