Due to the growth of the business my client is looking for a Comp & Bens Manager to work closely with International Compensation manager and to manage the international reward team.
They are looking for someone who can add real value to the business, provide an innovative and dynamic approach to their programmes and help to grow and develop the team through this period of growth.
The role is based in Central London with a salary of £55,000 to £65,000 plus allowance & benefits.
They are ideally looking for someone who has managed a team before and spent some time working within the Oil & Gas industry.
