Compensation & Benefits Analyst Job

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in FORT WORTH, TX.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for moderately complex compensation design, analysis, execution, and compliance activity for supported organizations
- Designs and administers compensation programs providing guidance and analysis
- Administers job evaluation and wage and salary programs, including incentive plans, market pricing, and equity analysis
- Serves as a Compensation Consultant and advises leaders and HR Business Partners on compensation issues
- Ensures the administration of all related programs are in compliance with established guidelines, processes, procedures and applicable laws
- Keep abreast of trends and developments in the area of employee compensation
- Recommends compensation process improvements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Exceptional Analytical Skills
- Working knowledge of Job Evaluation, Market Pricing, and Base Compensation practices
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Knowledge of FLSA and exemption classification
