Compensation Associate

Compensation Associate urgently required by a globally accredited Investment Management company - this is a unque opportunity to break into a worldwide recognised Investment Management Leader, in a cross-functional and exciting role - through a long-term 3-month rolling contract paying £165-200/day and based in the City of London.

The Compensation Associate will be experienced with and have strong Excel skills, with a good analytical background.

The primary focus of the role is regional Co-ordinator and facilitator of all pay and incentive process, in particular incentive plan participation and merit pay processes, with Finance and external pay benchmarking for the EMEA region, although providing support on wider geographic basis as required.

The secondary focus of the role is on the wider employment aspects including monitoring and tracking job levels, stock option awards and local market pay requirements and providing back up support on managing and reconciling of bonus accruals and payroll requirements.
