WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Manage division specific C&B programs with the objective of attracting, rewarding, recognizing and retaining talent vital to company's success (retention, recognition, restructurings, divestments or integration).
- Bring strategic and tactical direction to Direct reports of Div HR Head around C&B aspects, including education and compliance
- Provide division-specific guidance to NBS on C&B program delivery for specified area.
- Educate NBS on divisional C&B aspects and trends for specified area, to address divisional business needs and priorities.
- Participate to global, group XD and divisional C&B projects and initiatives, such as plan closure, mergers, restructuring, integration, retention plans.
- Monitor Select ROW slot allocation across the businesses.
- Partner with line management, eg to coordinate CEG offer support for respective businesses.
- Work with divisional TMOD to assess total rewards value of key talent identified via OTR.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- University degree in business, bioscience, or related field, Advanced degree in business, finance, or related field preferred. Graduate or post-graduate HR specialization ideal
- Significant experience (8-10 years) in HR management at a large organization, and a clear record of creating compensation and benefits programs that maximize employee hiring, retention, and satisfaction levels
- Thorough understanding of C&B needs present in a large complex organization
- Well-honed advisory, consulting and guiding skills, both in the business and in HR
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex business environment
- Results-orientation with ability to complete work
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
