Compensation and Benefits Manager requires to join large FTSE Top 100 organisation based in West London. You will be delivering a vital role supporting the organisational objectives and reward priorities.
KEY SKILLS & BACKGROUND
- Proven track record in providing successful reward solutions to a large diverse employee base, in a Matrix environment.
- Solid business understanding and commercial acumen to consider impact on bottom line by reward initiatives.
- Experience in managing and leading a large Reward team, considered an expert in the Reward operations field.
- Sound understanding of regulatory, legal and social requirements for reward and performance management in multiple regions.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Provide expert advice and management to the Reward team to enable delivery of Reward and Compensation initiative and priorities.
- Ensure delivery of reward function is consistent and in with company guidelines across multiple regions.
- Support delivery and execution of Reward Operations.
