Leading International Travel Technology Company is looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join a small team based in the Langley office.

Reporting to the Company Secretarial Manager, the Company Secretarial Assistant will be expected to perform duties in the core area of statutory compliance for the Company's entities throughout the European, Middle East and Africa regions.

The successful candidate will also be expected to participate in ad-hoc, project-based, activities including; corporate restructuring, stock and other financial transactions, and delegation of authority approval activity.

1. Main Accountabilities:
* Assist with review of Subsidiary statutory annual reports and accounts
* Verification and submission of annual returns and statutory accounts for EMEA region group companies
* Prepare and file all other Companies Registrar forms
* Maintain statutory registers on Blueprint OneWorld
* Liaise with notary regarding notarisation and legalisation of documents
* Manage the filing systems and general housekeeping for the department including, but not limited to, maintenance of company books, electronic invoice processing, travel bookings
* Any other duties that may reasonably be required.

2. Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Training, Education:
* Solid experience working within a corporate secretariat department desired but not essential
* Sound knowledge of Blueprint OneWorld
* Able to successfully research files to obtain director, shareholder and legal data
* Have started their ICSA training -desired but not essential

3. Context/Environment:
The candidate will be working as part of a small Company Secretarial team so a professional flexible and supportive based approach will be essential.

5. Working Relationships
Candidate will liaise with a wide number of contacts like notary publics, law firms, auditors and colleagues in EMEA and the US therefore ability to communicate, influence and build relationships with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally is essential.
