Our client has job vacancies for Community Substance Misuse Nurses to work in Buckinghamshire. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £25-26 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties:
- Managing a caseload of service users within the community.
- Liaising with other professionals and relevant services to ensure the best outcomes for service users.
- Ensuring a high standard of care is given to individuals.
- Providing evidence based recovery focused interventions.
- Working alongside service users, their families and carers.

Requirements:
All applicants must be a fully qualified registered general nurse (RGN) or qualified registered mental health nurse (RMN) and have a valid NMC Pin. You must also have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working as a substance misuse nurse within the community.
