We are looking for an experienced Band 6 occupational therapist in Community Rehab to work for our clients based in London, able to work autonomously in undertaking ADL assessments and placement reviews & care coordinate a caseload including crisis management'

Duration: Ongoing
Hours: 30 Hours- Monday- Thursday 9am-5pm
