Serco Suffolk Community Healthcare has a new fixed term Band 6 Community Physiotherapist for a 12 months fixed term contract.
As the full care lead assessor, the Band 6 Therapist will manage a caseload of patients with multiple and complex needs, using evidence based/client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
Essential skills & qualification

Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy
*
Health Professions Council Registration
*
Experience of working with adults with physical disabilities / a community rehabilitation setting
*
Car driver as you will be required to cover Ipswich
