Community Physiotherapist

Sanctuary Health currently has a locum job vacancy for a Community Physiotherapist to work within stroke rehabilitation for our client based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. This vacancy has an immediate start with an initial 1 month contract and a pay rate of 28 per hour (limited company worker).

Key duties of this role are to analyse neuro caseloads for supported discharge, establish appropriate treatment plans and make recommendations to case managers and other professionals to meet patients' needs.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have a degree with physiotherapy and be HCPC registered. In order to be considered for this role, it is essential that you have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience of working as a physiotherapist within stroke rehabilitation and managing a neuro caseload.
