Community Nurses - Peterborough

The Locum Practice is looking to recruit Community Nurses in Peterborough for ongoing contracts starting as soon as possible.

This exciting role will be part of a Community nursing team dedicated to providing excellent care to patients in their own homes. You will be confident in assessing patients and planning their care. You will be adaptable to the changing needs of the patient and their carers.

Community experience is not essential as long as you have experience with the duties below

* Palliative Care
* Wound Dressings
* Vaccinations

You are able to work well as a member of a multi disciplinary team and can communicate effectively with outside agencies as required.

You are a forward thinking practitioner committed to professional development, NMC registered, a recognised post qualification Community course would be an advantage.

This role will require travel and therefore you must hold a current driving license.

Excellent hourly rates from between 15 - 25 per hour
