Community Nurse - Leeds

Service Care Health have a fantastic opportunity for a Community staff nurse (RGN) position in the Leeds area of West Yorkshire.

To work as part of the district nursing team to ensure high quality health care is delivered to patients in their own home and/ or clinic setting. To work in collaboration with the wider Primary Health Care team, whilst participating in the assessment of health needs and delivery of care to the practice population. The service is delivered over a seven day rota.

District / Community Nursing posts available straight away in Leeds, these RGN positions would be to work with adults of working age out of the community base to clients homes, implementing care plans, wound care, dressings and assessments.
Candidate must have experience in a community setting since qualification and hold a valid NMC pin.
Ideally the role would be full time however part time applicants are still welcome.
