Due to start ASAP, we are looking for NMC registered Mental Health Nurses to work out in the community in Preston. Prior experience of working care coordination under CPA is essential, as is a car driver as this is community based. Applicants must also have prior experience of working with older adults with dementia and challenging behavior and/or functional/organic illnesses.
