Our teams are located in 34 Private Banking Centres where we serve 70.000 client relations.
We manage 70 Billion Euro in Assets under Management and count 950 employees.

Function Description
At Private Banking & Wealth Management, we are looking for a Social Media Community Manager.
1. Your most important challenge will exist of defining the Strategy of PB Communications, EBC, Sales PB&WM
- Internal change management and following the trends of the digital world
- Develop a client acquisition strategy in association with the Sales Department

2. As community manager, you are responsible for representing the brand on social media. You identify or create content, offer support to respond to comments and answer questions, and much more in name of PB&WM.
To be more concrete, you are responsible for:
- Monitoring and reporting on social networks
- Understandings of social network platforms in use
- Communicating tactics and the ability support and engage a conversation
- Applying the social media guidelines of Private Banking
- Representing, monitoring and promoting our PB&WM brand and image

3. Furthermore as a Social Media Community Manager for Private Banking & Wealth Management, you will be responsible for :
- the organization of the training and coaching for Private Bankers/Wealth Managers and other staff-members concerning the use of Social Media
- to animate the content of communities, hubs (SRI) & blogs, to suggest publications and keeping the related Social Media up to date
- the dispatching of the questions raised on social media to the right person + pro-actively intervene on reactions on social media where PB&WM are mentioned
- the promotion and marketing of Private Banking and Wealth Management on Social Media
