COMMUNITY MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Dallas, TX.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Four (4) years of experience managing a community of business owners or a community with a business focus.
- Experience in writing and marketing communications.
- Highly proficient technically and able to speak to and source technical solutions to small business problems.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Daily management of our existing community of small businesses which includes managing or crafting responses to questions and issues.
- Management of the client Ambassador program which provides an avenue for any existing customers to resolve client issues.
- Lead the Small Business Influencer outreach efforts.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- The community manager should nurture and grow the community to support our mission to provide a place where like-minded SBOs have access to other SBOs, trends and information about tech solutions.
- Team is looking for an experienced community manager with passion for managing and leading a community of small business owners with a focus on providing useful advice rather than pushing products.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
