For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGIST - GLOBAL WM COMMUNICATIONS (4676)

You'll be part of the Operational Excellence program that is tasked with the front-to-back optimization of key processes in Wealth Management globally.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DEFINING AND MANAGING COMMUNICATIONS AS PART OF LARGE SCALE TRANSFORMATION/CHANGE PROJECT
- Knowhow in developing overall communications plans for multiple change processes
- Experience within the banking sector, especially Wealth Management, would be beneficial
- Strong analytical skills
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS (VERBAL AND WRITTEN)
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Developing a communications strategy and approach for large transformations and change initiatives
- Segmenting and assessing impacted change audiences
- Design and develop detailed components of the communication plan
- Assessing the effectiveness of the communication on a regular basis for continuous improvement
- Defining a communications plan across different stakeholder groups
