Communications Specialist - Travel and IT (m/f)

Emagine is seeking a communications support consultant for our client the world leader in IT solutions in the travel industry. The role in to support the communications manager and project team with internal and external communications and events for a major transformation project.

This will include:
- Supporting the preparation of presentations
- Prepare/Update project progress reports
- Prepare topical presentations (technology, business topics) making them clear and visually engaging Editorial tasks
- Plan editorial schedule
- Research potential topics, gather background information
- Manage interviews of internal partners
- Write & edit written material including newsletters, briefing notes etc
- Write up documents Events
- Support team in running event including logistical aspects, issuing invitations, coordinating content etc.

You need
Excellent verbal and written English - (Ideally native Speaker)
Excellent editorial skills
Ability to translate complex, technological topics into reader-friendly messages
Mastery of PowerPoint
Events management/support experience
Graduate degree
Travel industry or technology sector awareness an advantage Also
Writing skills
Strong organisational skills
Proactive and a can do' attitude
Ability to multitask to a fixed deadline
Communication and interpersonal skills
Customer focus and relationship building
