Communications Specialist (m/f)

Duration: 6 months +
Languages: German and English

Your Skills
- Master's degree in communications, journalism, media, marketing or related studies
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, French would be an advantage
- Supporting organizational change
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong project management skills
- HR experience preferred
- Minimal travel is required

Your Tasks
- Ensure aligned internal messaging and positioning in close cooperation with the Media Relations team.
- Development and management of internal employee collaterals, including writing regional focused employee stories or key executive communications for dedicated internal channels
- Provide counsel and support for executive communication, eg on strategy.
- Support field enablement communication activities and help other departments, business units and individual teams
- Contribute to internal communications channels and develop new ones
- Contribute to the local social media channels
- Work closely with global and regional communications team to ensure consistency of messaging
- Report on the results of communication activities in Switzerland
