For our client in Switzerland we are looking for a Communications Specialist.
The purpose of the Communications Specialist is to develop, coordinate and implement effective change readiness communications activities for the Transformation team.
Tasks:
* Develop and implement an effective communications plan to ensure awareness of key changes being delivered by the Transformation project
* Interaction with the Transformation Change Lead and team members to determine communications priorities
* Look for opportunities to drive business readiness via communications
* Ensure Program Leadership and key stakeholders are effectively engaged and understand the messaging well ahead of customer or staff contact
* Support change readiness activities
Desired key skills:
* Experience in stakeholder management and communications planning
* Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple sites
* Experience in organisational change communications, ideally within Matrix-structured organisations
* Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business
* Experience in balancing the demands and expectations of multi-stakeholder groups
* Fluent English; German and French are nice-to-have
Project overview:
* Start: ASAP, latest in March
* Duration: 6 months (+ extension)
* Workload: Full time/5 days per week
* Location: Switzerland (Zurich and/or Geneva, depending on location of candidate)
* Languages: English
