COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST needed for a long term contract opportunity with SAP AMERICA located in NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Support the coordination and execution of internal communications that help to promote the global awareness of our organization and promote employee engagement.
- Support the optimal channeling of key information and content to the SAP Custom Development constituency; including the SAP Custom Development organization, SAP Services, product and services sales teams.
- Drive the expansion of use of SAP JAM as an internal communication channel. Our goal is to use social media tools and techniques to increase the constructive dialogue within our employee base.
- Supporting the day-to-day communication and presentation requirements of the SAP Custom Development organization, including syndicating win and go-live announcements, preparing organizational announcements and new service and product launches and supporting the development of new presentations.
- Prepare our newsletters and syndicate individual stories through other SAP internal channels for services, sales and industry business units. This includes collecting information, writing and editing articles, and coordinating the overall production by agreed deadlines.
- Manage our internal facing web presence and continuously ensure a fresh and relevant face to our various communities.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Bachelors Degree and two (2+) years of professional experience.
- Experience in corporate communications with either a corporation or an agency developing or supporting communications vehicles.
- Strong written and oral communications skills for interviewing and writing.
- Strong interpersonal/human relations/management skills for working with colleagues, senior management and coordinating projects with internal contacts and outside vendors.
- Able to design strong presentations and supervise graphic design/art direction functions.
- Knowledge in hands-on design and implementation of communications concepts and plans.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office software.
- German speaking is a plus.
