Communications Specialist for a Windows 10+ Project (100%) (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support other project streams (mostly Application Readiness Stream) by creating communication as required
-Prepare communication material for various communication channels
-Assist in implementation of OCM activities, incl. events, trainings, etc.
-Support preparation and facilitation of OCM workshops
-Develop and manage online and social media channels, incl. content creation and coordinate with owners of global channels
-Write communication targeted to end-users, stakeholders and higher management
-Prepare overview presentations, newsletter updates etc.

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Relevant work experience in multinational company and experience in working in a global environment
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Experience in workshop facilitation
-Track record of communications roles in projects of similar complexity
-Experience in change and IT projects
-Structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
-Excellent English language skills (English on a native speaker level); additional languages are a plus
-Strong interest in new technologies and familiarity with Google Suite (esp. gSites and G+ forums)
-Previous pharma experience
