Communications Specialist - Canberra

If you are an experienced communications specialist with extensive exposure to developing communication solutions that provide a solid vehicle for change then this may be the role for you.

A great opportunity to join a government project that will see you developing communication solutions that include web content, fact sheets, articles and coordination of events.

Responsibilities include:

- Working closely with a number of Change professionals including the change management and training teams;
- Analysing the organisational communication requirements for significant change related projects;
- Liaising with a range of business areas to understand and communicate the user experience of change;
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to support staff and other stakeholders in new ways of working;
- Assist in developing appropriate communication products and service solutions.

Key criteria for the role include:

- At least 24 months hands on experience working with internal communications, preferable in an organisation implementing significant business and process change;
- Capacity to work independently and produce highly quality results in a challenging environment;
- Manage high workloads and accomplish goals within deadlines.
