Communications Senior Manager (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Serve as a single point of contact for communication related inquiries
-Provide communications support to Senior Management, e.g. creation of speeches, research and content creation for external talking opportunities, liaison with media and preparation of external interviews
-Manage site related offline and online channels
-Maintain the intranet pages
-Strengthen reputation of the client in market through positioning of company
-Lead corporate communications response for issues management processes in Switzerland
-Develop appropriate monitoring and response systems
-Build social media approach including enabling of influencers
-Supporting employee experience through communicative channels in close partnership with the HR team

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Profound experience in a communications role preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or broader healthcare sector
-University degree in communications, journalism, corporate affairs or similar
-Fluent in English (mandatory/native level capability) and preferably in German
-Excellent written, verbal and copy writing skills
-Experience with agency management
-Understanding of social media and its potential for the organization
-Excellent visual graphic design skills and artwork production processes
-Experience in using tools, e.g. SharePoint, Hootsuite, Adobe design etc. and with different communications channels (e.g. video, digital)
