Communications Officer

Our client is looking for an experienced Communications Officer to support their Internal Communications Function.

The role will involve:

- Managing stakeholder communications
- Defining stakeholder groupings and review current status
- Evaluate communications effectiveness and propose improvements
- Define measures to evaluate communications success
- Develop and implement a communications approach based on the evaluation and insights
- Communications within reporting and governance
- Communicating with key stakeholders and audiences
- Managing global campaigns/projects

Candidates will need to:

- Develop strong relationships with key leaders, advocates and colleagues to facilitate execution of stakeholder communications
- Work seamlessly and collaboratively with colleagues
- Adhere to the communications processes and governance procedures for the programme to maximise efficiency and consistency
- Manage the team's campaign tracker and ensure plans are shared with the wider global Internal Communications/Corporate Affairs network where required

Candidates must have:

- Extensive experience in an employee or wider communications role
- A BANKING OR FINANCIAL SERVICES BACKGROUND IS ESSENTIAL
- Proven track record of delivery large programmes
- Ability to write for an online audience and familiar with using social collaboration platforms (Sharepoint and Jive)
- Experience in creating content for social media, either internally or externally
