Job Description
The role of Communications Manager will be to support the strategic development and implementation of Brand Communications activities.
The Communications Manager will have prior experience in media relations, crisis management, public relations, or other related communications disciplines and a track record of building productive relationships with external stakeholders including media (print and broadcast) and non-governmental organisations.
Ideal Background
*University degree in communications, science or business
*Broad experience in communications positions in industry and/or PR agency, including high-level involvement in media relations
*Experience in crisis management, and proved record of successfully managing crises through effective communications channels
*Significant leadership experience in communications
*Ability to manage relationships with a high number of internal customers
*Excellent oral and written communications skills
*Excellent negation, facilitation and influencing skills
