IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Develop, own and implement communications plans for selected organizational initiatives and projects
-Produce a variety of written materials, including news articles, social media posts, key messages and talking points for senior leaders
-Proactively generate and contribute to conversations on internal social media channels
-Respond to comments posted on internal social media, when appropriate, in order to foster a positive community, add value to the user’s experience and support a culture of collaboration
-Educate stakeholders and associates on key social media tools and how to use them effectively
-Content and channel Management
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-University degree in relevant area (strategic communications, internal communications)
-Highly proficient in English (read/write/speak), other languages desirable
-In-depth knowledge in internal communication/relevant area
-Extensive experience managing social media platforms or communities
-Track record of successfully managing and implementing communication plans
-Ability to network and communicate with GDD at Global, regional and country levels
-Experience developing and implementing tactical plans that build and nurture online communities
-Experience in locating and engaging advocates within the community to foster dialogue
-Experience in establishing metrics, gleaning community insights and reporting/recommending strategies that achieve marketing goals
-Experience in educating and integrating the needs of internal customers
