Communications Manager (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support Senior Commercial Managers on various communications needs related to global drug development, including employee engagement and content development
-Deliver communications relating to a transformation program
-Support the team on a combination of internal communications messaging, content creation for internal communications channels (Intranet articles, blog posts, videos, etc.), as well as coordinating internal and stakeholder communications activities for the program
-Create content for our internal channels, manage/coordinate publication and distribution, and regularly measure and evaluate the effectiveness of our content and channels
-Coordinate and plan collaboratively global and work streams communications activities for the program
-Work with internal stakeholders across divisions and locations to create and disseminate group-wide messages
-Support the development of a strong internal communications supportive network

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Work experience in internal communications, or a closely related field, in a global company, ideally in pharmaceutical sector
-Ideal candidate will have previous experience of delivering internal communications within large private sector organizations during times of transformation
-Experience of providing internal communications in support of complex change programs in multi-cultural environments, covering multiple locations
-Highly organized collaborator with demonstrated project management skills
-Ability to work on several projects, meet deadlines and maintain quality in a fast paced global environment with constantly changing priorities
-Strategic thinker with strong consulting skills, able to partner with all levels of the organization in order to execute communications plans
-Self-starter with a strong commitment to internal customer satisfaction, able to work independently as well as in teams
-Fluent English with excellent written and oral communications skills
-Ideally experienced with digital communications and social media (Intranet, blog, internal social media)
