Communications Manager - Change Programme

Mansion House Consulting are a highly successful and rapidly expanding Technology and Business Transformation Consultancy specialising in the Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Asset/Fund Management and Wealth Management sectors. We currently have offices in London, New York, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Singapore.

We urgently require a Communications Manager to join a Global Major Change Programme within a global bank in London.

Responsibilities will include:

- Successful design, develop and deliver a global change communications strategy and methodology.
- Work closely with various Project Managers to ensure the team can deliver change.
- Consult with key Stakeholders on Communication solutions - liaise with senior leadership and various internal groups including HR.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation  - ensure the delivery of milestones and management of key stakeholders
- Management of Media and Press issues, alongside the Press Office.
- Design a comprehensive Communications solution - including: presentations, communication packs, event management, marketing materials.

Skills Required

- Extensive experience in managing Corporate Communication in a global organisation.
- Financial Service experience essential
- Proven stakeholder management experience  and the ability to influence
- The ability to work as a senior advisor to top management
- Internal communication planning and strategy skills with strong execution skills.
- Good team player
- Ablilty to priorities and deliver in a high pressured environment.
