COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER - INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS - 6 MONTHS - LONDON OR BRISTOL

A top retail bank based in London currently requires an Internal Communications Manager to join a Regulatory Transformation Programme.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Work with Project teams to identify the colleague impacts of change and which colleagues are involved at what stage
- Prepare communications outlining the change and any activity colleagues need to undertake
- Obtain sign off for the comms and issue this to the impacted colleagues, adhering to milestone dates
- Work with others in the team to help create an overview of client & colleague impacts - scale & timing

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience of working within Financial Services would be a benefit
- Strong verbal & written communication
- Self-organisation
- Team work
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
