Leading digital agency currently requires a communication manager to support both the strategy and communication lead to launch a new data programme. The support provided will include Partner Relationship Management to ensure that the on-boarding communication materials are marketing friendly in their use of language and visuals.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER - DIGITAL AGENCY - LONDON, UK

- Prepare a Global PDC launch deck that can then be tailored to meet specific category (Personal Care, Refreshments, Home Care, and Foods) and market requirements.
- Take existing content and bring to life through sourcing video clips, digital stats, creating visuals and using marketing friendly language.
- Create visual assets (such as posters) that will allow the Market and Category teams to brand their physical People Data Centre areas
- Finalise Playbook
- Support Partner Relationship Management team as necessary with communication ensuring Partner Relationship Management material is written in a marketing friendly way and consistent with PDC messaging
- Create/provide visual assets for CMI events as appropriate
- Bring to life the Extranet site by providing visual assets and drive its use as the central area for sharing launch plans and learnings

THE PERSON FOR THE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER - DIGITAL AGENCY - LONDON, UK

- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Ability to simplify information to key points
- Comfortable in dealing with a range of stakeholders up to a board level
- Ability to work under pressure and to deliver to tight deadlines
- Proficient with MS Powerpoint
- Excellent understanding of marketing processes, including brand building and development
- Experience managing relationships within a large Matrix organisation
- Experience managing the introduction of a new internal service or capability within a major organisation
