FOR OUR LIFE SCIENCES CLIENT IN SWITZERLAND, WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING A HR COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER.
JOB TITLE: HR COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
START DATE: 03/01/2017
END DATE: 22/12/2017
EDUCATION (MINIMUM/DESIRABLE): Degree in Communications or Business
Experience in corporate communications and ideally with pharma communications processes and channels, ie Intranet, sharepoint, branding
Ability and experience in web publishing, managing online content, branding, presentation creation, video content and editing
Event management skills, in particular townhalls and webcasts
Experience in managing creative agencies and 3rd parties
English writing skills, mostly for internal communications purposes
Familiarity with HR strategy and processes of advantage
External communications experience is not required but of advantage
General competencies: Business partnering with senior management, stakeholder management, project management, creative thinking
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The position will be reporting to the Global Head HR Communications. It is integrated in the Global Communications team, in Enterprise Communications.
HR Communications to HR function
- Partner with HR stakeholders to support in communications of strategic priorities, projects and initiatives to the HR community, providing Comms guidance in HR projects on branding and messaging
- Manage global HR communications channels, including responsibility for online content management, newsflow and editorial calendar for HR Forum and Intranet, Yammer community engagement
- Manage key HR events, including Global HR webcasts (2x p.a.)
- Support HR Awards program and related event; Yammer chats
HR Communications to enterprise
- Support Head HR communications in key initiatives communications, including V&Bs and Global Employee Survey communications
HR communications to external
- Support Head HR communications in managing ad hoc external requests
- Work with D&I communications manager on D alternative market rates are also welcome.
