Communications Manager (Contract, Glasgow)

A new Communications Manager contract has just arisen within our Glasgow based Financial Services client. Driven by a number of key migrations projects over 2015/2016, the role will be joining a central Communications and Customer Journey team focussed on the delivery of a communications and response management plan.

To be successful in this role and requirement, our client is looking for candidates with the following knowledge and experience:

* Previous experience working as a Communications Manager within another large Financial Service client
* Demonstrable knowledge & experience around the development and delivery of External (Customer) and Internal communications plans including all budgets, timelines & detailed activity deliverables.
* Previous experience of large Business Change Projects
* A proven understanding of the Customer Journey in Financial Services
* Excellent planning & co-ordination skills
* Excellent Stakeholder engagement & management skills will be absolutely key
