ARE YOU A COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE/MANAGER LOOKING FOR YOUR NEXT ROLE?
We are currently recruiting for a Communications Executive/Manager for a well recognised brand within the telecommunications industry working from their prestigious head offices in Berkshire.

This is a brand new role within the company so you will be responsible for all internal and external communications.

The role will initially be offered on a 3-6 month contract however, this is likely to go in to a permanent position. If you are only looking for permanent please still apply as this may be an option that we can consider.

The Role:

Working alongside the HR and Communications Manager to create a communication strategy both internally and externally. You will also work on a new internal programme which is a massive investment aimed to transform key areas of the business over the next 3 years. Aimed at suppliers, contractors and customers.

This is a senior role within the business with plenty of autonomy and trust. There will be lots of potential for development within the company.

Responsibilities

Create and deliver internal and external communications strategy
Collate & provide departmental information for inclusion on the Intranet
Provide creative input & maintenance for the Intranet site - including keeping it up-to-date and an engaging places for people to go to regularly for information, and ensuring employee information is easily able to be sourced/identified.
Create & edit monthly newsletter - getting content from Directors as appropriate and creating other interesting content to ensure this is a lively newsletter
Manage the external website
Providing high level of planning, stakeholder management
Planning and delivery of all communication events - Approx 6-8 events held at different venues over a 2 week period every 4 - 6 months)
Overall communications strategy with suppliers (& sub-contractors), including "people on the ground", rather than the management companies. eg creating and running webinars
Arranging, building, delivering & collating results & creating action plans from feedback surveys from Road shows & other comms events
Maintenance & creative input to Diamond programme website

Must Have:

Previously worked within a communications role. The position is internal and external communications but you do not need to have both.
Excellent editorial/copy writing/proof reading skills
