Randstad Professionals is looking for a Communications and Change Manager for their client in Basel

In this role, you will work with the Google Hangouts project team, who is responsible for the deployment and adoption of Google Hangouts in the company and you will report into the Head of Messaging and Collaboration.

Your main responsibilities are:

- Leading the development of different, targeted campaigns and materials for Hangouts adoption within the firm. A technical/IT background is not required
- Ensure that the adoption concept and milestones are considered in project plan, deliverables and timelines.
- Drive awareness and usage for the different target groups globally towards Hangouts from other communications means like WebEx and Lync.
- Develop compelling messaging and material through slide and graphics design to be used for the broader organizational alignment and engagement with internal stakeholders
- In collaboration with the OCM Lead, ensure governance standards are maintained across a broad stakeholder group
- Drive the change into the organization in partnership with functional and regional stakeholders and in alignment with the overarching change management plan

For this position, you bring the following qualifications:

- 5+ years' experience in Communications as a Communications Manager, Writer or Editor with strong writing and message development skills
- Strong creativity skills with an ability to create compelling, simple messages, graphics, with very good presentation and communication skill
- Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across functional teams and stakeholders in developing a common vision of success
- Ability to build relationships across a complex stakeholder landscape and effectively operate in a highly regulated technical environment
- Willingness and ability to work across time zones with regular meetings, and broad cultural awareness and ability to work in a diverse team and organizational environment
-Fluent English speaking and outstanding written skills
