Communications Manager

Communications Manager - Media - Public Affairs - B2C - B2B - Communications Strategies - Marketing

Our well known energy provider requires an experienced Communications Manager to be responsible for managing public campaigns, developing communications and marketing strategies and plans consulting with business stakeholders and external consumer groups.

Responsibilities:

- Working with the business and subject matter experts to align the programme communications to the overall business strategy
- Defining and developing fully compliant customer engagement activities for product deployment
- Providing subject matter expertise on external communications; review, impact assess and approve documentation and products that have a communications impact

Experience:

- Background in marketing, communications, media management and public affairs
- Experience working in B2C and/or B2B segments
- Significant track record delivering communications strategies and leading communications initiatives in a regulated environment
- Experience of utilising a variety of marketing and communications channels including BTL and ATL
- Previous experience of working in a major business change programme
