A new opportunity for a Senior Communications Manager has arisen in support of a transformation programme, to support the communications team to engage employees across the organisation.
As a Senior Employee Communications Manager you will develop a strategic communications plan for employees covering the next phase of transformation. Produce and deliver effective communications that can be measured. Research and draft copy, news stories, commissioning design and print and delivery of communications campaigns and activity. Act as a strategic adviser to the organisation and key stakeholders.
You will have a degree level qualification or equivalent by experience, a sound working knowledge and experience in an employee communications environment and previous experience of sustaining effective relationships with a diverse range of internal stakeholders.
