Communications Manager

A high profile multinational FMCG organisation is currently seeking an Interim Communications Manager to support the delivery of a number of global transformation programmes.

Engaging stakeholders across the organisation you will ensure change readiness is delivered by embedding communications and engagement strategies to support new ways of working.

As their Internal Communications Business Partner you will develop communication materials across a range of channels to support the entire programme team, whilst also developing an internal engagement strategy and appropriate delivery mechanisms.

Requirements:

- Broad senior Internal Communication experience, ideally on a global level
- Proven track record of developing and embedding change plans
- Excellent consulting, facilitation, communications, training and team building skills
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
