Communications Manager

COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER WITH INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS EXPERIENCE - BANKING - £350 - 410/DAY

A leading Retail Bank based in London is seeking a Business Analyst with Payments experience to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work in a highly respected organisation.

The successful candidate should be a self-motivated, self starter with excellent communication skills to build effective relationships with all levels of the business in a sometimes ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with senior stakeholders to build relationship and understand their communication requirements.
- Analysing on going communication requirements to refine the communications plan (both for programme stakeholder engagement and wider business communications).
- Drafting Communications for senior stakeholders
- Escalating and mitigating risks to resolve problems and clarify assumptions.
- Setting clear expectations and acquiring client acceptance.

Experience within a Retail banking environment is essential
