This post will sit within the Information Systems (IS) communications team, working alongside Business Change and key brand business champions within this globally recognised brand. You would be expected to design and deliver strategic communication plans, providing step-by-step guidance to the project managers and the IS teams as a whole, regarding communication methodology and a commitment to encouraging best practice. The purpose of the Communications Manager role is to ensure that, at every level the business and external stakeholders understand the reasons for change and are committed to its transformation.

This is a key role in the delivery of business change as it ensures that:
Person Specification:
Excellent influencing and negotiations skills are required to manage relationships with many different stakeholders across all brands and all levels of management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential to create and articulate compelling, clear, consistent messages.
Must be highly organized with the ability to manage complex activities involving many individuals often with tight deadlines.
Good commercial awareness and a broad knowledge and understanding of the motor industry desirable.
Strategic thinking required with an ability to view activities from Group and business unit perspectives.
Tenacity and attention to detail essential.

Results orientated; Previous internal communications experience essential.
