Communications Lead - HR Transformation

My client based in the West Midlands, is keen to recruit an experienced Communications Lead/Manager to join their Transformation programme and assist in the delivery of clear, accurate and informative communication to Senior Stakeholders and the clients global workforce. If you have experience of providing communications support have an imaginative approach to communications and can demonstrate innovative ideas in supporting major change programmes within complex multi national organisations then this would be a major advantage. You should be able to take a lead role with regard to communications and be seen as a subject matter expert in this field.

This is a challenging and rewarding change programme and would suit a person with drive and determination able to work in politically sensitive environments during major change and transformation.
